Running Late:
If you are running late, please contact your stylist and let her know. However, if you are running more than 15 minutes late, please understand that we may have to reschedule your appointment, or shorten your service.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. We require 24-hour advance notice in order to cancel any service. Any changes or cancellations made after the 24-hour window are subject to a charge for each service. The scheduled appointment times are reserved for you personally. 

PAYMENT POLICY
For your convenience, we accept Cash, VISA, and Mastercard. Personal checks are not accepted.

REFUND POLICY
Except for replacing damaged products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits on salon services, gift certificates, or retail products. All sales are final.
